While the charm of the 19th-century structure is a noteworthy element, functionality remains paramount. The absence of an elevator may pose a minor inconvenience for some; however, the hotel offers a peaceful atmosphere on the second floor, where rooms are accessible via a lovely wrap-around porch. Complimentary wi-fi allows for efficient remote work, while the free parking simplifies access for those traveling by motor vehicle. In terms of dining, I appreciated the continental breakfast, which featured a diverse selection to cater to varying tastes and dietary preferences, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. The straightforward policies on smoking and pets help maintain a focused environment.
